Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) In this 75 m2 apartment there are plenty of reasons to choose it as your temporary apartment in the warm Barcelona. Decorated in an elegant and stylish way we find the spacious and comfortable living room with integrated American style kitchen. This is modern and fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival, you will not have to worry about anything more than enjoying a meal or a drink on the fabulous terrace. Leaving the living room, we are greeted by the terrace of 20m2. It is furnished, has a retractable roof and will undoubtedly be your favorite place to enjoy the sunny days of Barcelona. The rest area has 2 double bedrooms with fitted closets to store everything you need. The master bedroom is en-suite. The apartment has a total of 2 bathrooms, both complete and with shower.  The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. The property has a swimming pool that you can enjoy throughout your stay. The apartment is located in Carrer del Perelló, in the neighborhood of Poblenou. The area is very residential and quiet. Surrounded by green areas and all kinds of commerce.  This neighborhood is very popular thanks to its cheerful, modern atmosphere and the 22@ area. In addition, it is located a few minutes walk from the beach Marbella and Bogatell, the best beaches in Barcelona. It has a nice promenade at the foot of the sea, surrounded by green areas, perfect for outdoor activities. Near the building you will find all kinds of services such as restaurants, supermarkets, trendy bars with spectacular terraces where you can enjoy the privileged climate of the city. The nearest station "Poblenou" (L4) is 10 minutes walking distance.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).

  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.

    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
