Apartment for temporary rent (from 32 days to 11 months) This spacious apartment of 90m2, has 2 incredible terraces that will make it immediately become your dream apartment. Upon entering, you will be surprised by the living room with integrated kitchen. This space is modern and decorated with neutral tones that provide an elegant atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook at home, such as oven, microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. The terrace is a luxury, spacious, furnished and overlooking the city. You can enjoy the colorful sunsets that Barcelona offers while enjoying lunch with friends. The sleeping area has 2 comfortable double bedrooms, each with storage space, however a third bedroom has been equipped as a dressing room where you will have more space to store what you need. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. A second, more private terrace is the ideal space to relax and have a drink. This can be accessed from one of the bedrooms and the dressing room. Also in this area of the apartment is the laundry area. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and 100mb fiber as wifi. 

The neighborhood: The apartment is located in the Eixample neighborhood, this is one of the most valued areas of Barcelona for its strategic location. The area is very quiet, residential and totally central, it is very well supplied with all kinds of stores, restaurants and bars, supermarkets, as well as squares and parks located in the surroundings. It is located in Carrer de Napols, very close to Paseo Sant Joan, one of the most beautiful streets of Barcelona, perfect for outdoor activities, hiking and sports, also along its entire route offers a varied and very interested gastronomic offer. The iconic and impressive Basilica of the Sagrada Familia is located 10 minutes away. Nearby you will also find Plaza Tetuan, the Parque de la Ciudadela, the emblematic Arc de Triomf, and the North Station, which is one of the 3 most important bus stations in Barcelona, and from where you can access national and international connections. The nearest stations are 6 minutes away: "Monumental" (L2) and Plaza Tetuán (L2).

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

It is necessary to prove the temporary natureof the stay with documentation (remote work for a limited time, work with a start and end date, studies, renovations in a habitual residence, tourism, medical treatment)

    • Passport/DNI/NIE for all tenants
    • Proof of financial solvency (from parents/guardians or tenants if they are employed)

    • Company deed and CIF
    • Public deed of power of attorney and representative's Passport/DNI/NIE
    • Latest corporate tax return

    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
