Bedroom 6: The window opens to the hallway. However, to ensure the comfort of our residents, we found an innovative solution. We installed LED panels that simulate a window, creating a sense of space and natural light in the room. In addition, we added a high-quality ceiling fan to keep the room cool and pleasant.

- In room shared, the maximum permitted age is 38 years old. No exceptions.
- Registration is possible as long as the stay is at least 6 months.
- Regarding the visits: You may have one guest per month who can sleep in your room for a maximum of 2 consecutive nights, as long as all your roommates agree. If your guest wishes to stay with you for more than 2 consecutive nights, each additional night will cost €20, and you must obtain the consent of your roommates.
- Weekly cleaning of communal areas (lounge, kitchen and shared bathrooms) is included.
- Method of payment:We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card (additional 3% fee) and cash.
- Payment of rent, deposit and admin fee is due on the day of check in.
