Several spacious and sunny rooms with balconies are available to rent in a modern flatshare in the lively and historic Barri Gòtic, Barcelona. The property is large and sunny, and it has plenty of space for tenants to relax and spend time with roommates. The living room is modern, and it has several couches, tables, and a TV. The kitchen, which is open to the living room, has all of the essentials, including a big fridge, an oven, a stove, a microwave, and lots of storage space.
