It is located in the attractive L'Eixample district, a 5-minute walk from Plaza Cataluña and the Plaça Universitat and Passeig de Gràcia metro stations that connect with the entire city. It is located in a lively area, with numerous bars and restaurants.

It has mosaic floors and modernist style doors that make it a very cozy apartment. The apartments are exterior and have a balcony, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi connection.

The living room has comfortable sofas and television. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival.

**Fees**

  • Admin fee:Varies according to the duration of the contract, one time payment (mandatory).
  • Deposit: 1 month's rent, one time payment (mandatory).
  • Cleaning service: A move-out cleaning fee is mandatory and depends on the room. The amount can range from €90 to €150, depending on the square metres of the flat.

Parties or bachelor/ette parties are not allowed.

For corporate bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week) key collection takes place at number 228 Aribau Street.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
