Las zonas compartidas son: un baño, una cocina equipada (con nevera, horno, placa de inducción, lavavajillas y microondas, lavadora), un salón. hay TV en el piso. Hay wifi con fibra. El piso tiene calefacción y aire acondicionado. El edificio tiene varios ascensores y portero. Es un edificio muy tranquilo y los vecinos son muy respetuosos. El barrio se encuentra en la Villa Olímpica del Poblenou, a pocos minutos del metro "Bogatell" (línea amarilla) y numerosas paradas de bus alrededor. A proximidad, hay la playa a pocas calles y todo tipos de comercios: supermercados, farmacias, centro de salud (cap), restaurantes, bares, tiendas etc. Si te interesa, tienes que ser una persona respetuosa, ordenada, tranquila y solvente. No se admite fumar en el piso, ni traer gente, ni menores, ni mascotas. No se alquila la habitación a parejas.
