Esta ubicado en una primera planta. A un minuto del metro santa eulalia L1, a 10 minutos del metro collblanc L5. Salón, cocina americana con vistas al parque exterior. En el edificio no hay ascensor. Esta disponible la habitación apartir del 5 de junio . De preferencia si son estudiantes extranjeros. No hay aire acondicionado tampoco calefacción. Pero si que hay ventiladores y calentador eléctricos. Dentro del precio del alquiler incluye los gastos del suministro del agua, luz.
