Está ubicado en el corazón de la Barceloneta, a pocos metros de la playa, lo que te permite darte un baño, salir a correr o simplemente relajarte junto al mar cuando quieras. El barrio es seguro, auténtico y lleno de vida, con mercados, panaderías, cafeterías y supermercados a pocos pasos. Además, estás a un paseo del Barrio Gótico y del centro de la ciudad, muy bien conectado con transporte público.
El piso tiene dos niveles: en la planta principal encontrarás dos habitaciones privadas y un baño compartido con ducha.
