There are 4 bedrooms in the property - 3 doubles and 1 single - all fully furnished. The apartment also has 2 bathrooms, but one of these is a private en-suite, leaving the other for sharing among 3 tenants.
Gràcia is a quaint region with a village feel, so it is perfect for weekends with a book and rioja over high heels and vodka. But also bring your wallet, there are loads of boutiques and restaurants to enjoy!

The price of the room includes all the expenses and services described later in this text. The minimum accepted rental stay is for 32 nights. Under any circumstances we do not take touristic stays. We only accept mid-long term stays for students and young professionals for home use. We offer contract lengths ranging from 32 days to 6 months and you can make as many contract extensions as you wish for successive periods of maximum 6 months each extension. The initial maximum duration of the contract is 6 months plus an automatic extension, that is; one year.
The tenant must pay a deposit of € 1500 that will be returned at the end of their contract, deducting € 400 as a non-returnable service fee (service fees and administrative expenses) that are described later.
The payment of the deposit and the service fee is made directly with the property manager at the latest within 48 hours immediately after the booking is confirmed and, in all cases, must be paid before the delivery of keys and the effective check in date.
