This luminous 3-bedroom apartment is situated on Carrer Pareto in the neighbourhood of L’Hospitalet. It comes with a shared kitchen equipped with modern appliances for meal prep. The living space is bright with a dining table and television, and the bathroom is functional.

The apartment is located just a short walk from transportation such as the Santa Eulalia Metro, and it is just around the corner from the supermarket. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and for a breath of fresh air, the Parc de l'Alhambra is nearby.
