This tidy 2 bedroom apartment is interior and very quiet, even though it is located on Carrer de la Lluna, in the thriving neighbourhood of El Raval. The 2 rooms are for rent individually and the flat has 1 bathroom where you will also find a washing machine, a spacious open plan kitchen, and living area. This modern flat is simply but nicely decorated, and is well-equipped without any unnecessary clutter, leaving plenty of space to move around. This 50 sqm apartment is within walking distance to the University of Barcelona, the Museu d'Art Contemporan and the Mercado de La Boqueria. Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, one of the most important avenues in town, is only 6 minutes away by foot.

What we liked the most

  • This smart apartment has tidy tiled floors throughout.
  • Both bedrooms are similarly equipped with a double bed, a bedside table with a lamp, a desk and a wardrobe.
  • There is a ceiling fan in the living area.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is interior, but both bedrooms and the kitchen have windows overlooking an interior patio.
  • Though cleaning service is included in the rent, cleaning products need to be purchased by the tenants.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
