There are 3 double and 1 single rooms for rent; all of them fully-furnished and nicely decorated. Common amenities include 2 bathrooms and a brand-new kitchen/living space.
This exterior apartment also enjoys a great location on Carrer Puigmarti, in the charming neighborhood of Gràcia, very close to Avenida Diagonal, one of the most important avenues in Barcelona. These rooms are a great option for students or professionals looking for hassle-free, fully furnished, modern accommodation.
