All our apartments are fully equipped! You only have to worry about bringing your suitcase with your belongings, the rest is up to us.
All electricity, water, gas, cleaning, or maintenance expenses are included in the price, with no surprises.
The apartment has ten bathrooms (two of them are private bathrooms), two kitchens, one living room and fourteen bedrooms and terrace. Room Number six and Number ten have private bathrooms

You only have to worry about bringing your suitcase with your belongings, the rest is on us. All expenses for electricity, water, gas, cleaning or maintenance are included in the price, no surprises. The apartment has 14 bedrooms,2 kitchens, 10 bathrooms (8 of them are shared) and 1 living room. Rooms 6 and 10 have a private bathroom. Being part of our community is not only to live better, it is also to connect, sharing or working in a new city with people from all over the world. Gracia is the perfect neighborhood to stay in Barcelona! Come and experience the local life! Most of its quiet, narrow streets and leafy squares with no traffic noise are only a few minutes away from wonderful bakeries, bars, restaurants and the market. Well connected to the rest of the city. You can take the metro (Fontana, Lesseps, or Diagonal stops), but walking is also a good option-the Gothic Quarter is just minutes away. The Gothic Quarter is a 30-minute walk along the great Passeig de Gracia, and the Barceloneta beach is a 50-minute walk away.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
