A large, 37m2 studio apartment with A/C is for rent for professionals in the central neighbourhood of El Born. Although this flat is a studio, it is divided into two sections; the main living and kitchen area and the comfortable bedroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances, and the living area features a sofa bed for guests.

El Born is a vibrant area which is in the heart of Barcelona, within walking distance of many of the city's main points of interest: Barcelona's cathedral and the iconic Rambla are within 10-minute walk. This property is ideal for commuters as Arc De Triomf, one of the city's main rail stations, is just 8 minutes away. Tenants will never be bored in this area which is filled with a selection of bars, restaurants and cafés.

What we liked the most

  • This studio has a spacious feel as it is divided into 2 sections - the living and kitchen area is separated from the sleeping and dining room.
  • Tenants can close a curtain to separate the main area from the bedroom.
  • A/C units are installed in the apartment which is essential for Spanish summers.
  • The bedroom features a wall of windows that lets in plenty of natural sunlight and allows for the circulation of fresh air.
  • Arc De Triomf train station is just 8 minutes from the flat, from here, tenants can access both local and long distance destinations.

Things to keep in mind

  • This property is not equipped with a dryer, but tenants can hang their clothes from an independent drying rack or walk to the nearest launderettes.
