Espacio optimizado con comedor con cocina integrada, cama de matrimonio con armario. Cuarto de baño con ducha. Tiene una terraza compartida únicamente con otro apartamento de la misma planta. Wifi de alta velocidad y AC/Bomba de Calor.
Está muy bien comunicado vía metro, tren, bus al aeropuerto, estación tren, centro de la ciudad... Concentra una de las mejores ofertas culturas y de restauración de Barcelona.
