What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Completely renovated, this comfortable loft is located in one of the most genuines neighborhoods of the city, very popular for its open and cosmopolitan character. The apartment is a short walk from the famous "Les Rambles", where you can enjoy lots of shopping and street performances, and from the "Plaça Catalunya". Bright and well connected apartment. Great for students, professionals and interims. Minimum stay of ninety nights and for a single person (although the sofa bed is double, the apartment has been set up for a single person).

A cute studio apartment with everything you need, and in a lively part of the city. It’s stylishly furnished and has lovely exposed beam ceilings. In this trendy area you’ll find some of the best bars in the city, as well as great restaurants. BARTS (Barcelona Arts on Stage) is close by too.

Important: The bed in this studio is a sofa bed. There is no elevator in this building.
