This apartment is located on the ground floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has air-conditioning, natural gas heating and natural gas water heating. Spotahome's opinion

This is not your standard studio apartment. This spacious loft is set up over three mezzanine levels, offering a contemporary, spacious and stylish living space. The kitchen is on the ground level as you enter the apartment, the living area is located up a few steps in a middle level, and there is a double bed, a sofa bed, and a desk on the top level. This exterior home is located within a modern building equipped with a swimming pool on Ramón y Cajal street, in Gràcia, one of the most famed and popular of all the Barcelona neighborhoods. It is also located within a short walk of two metro stations, making travelling around the city fast and convenient.

What we liked the most

  • As you enter the apartment you will find the fully equipped kitchen on the left hand side, and a door providing access to the terrace and the shared pool.
  • There is a comfy living area furnished with a sofa, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.
  • The terrace is furnished with a large dining table with six chairs and an umbrella, providing you with a great space for outdoor dining.
  • The washing and drying machine is located outside, in a room within the patio where you will also find other cleaning equipment.
  • The bathroom is modern and fully tiled, and has a bathtub.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is not a standard dinner table inside the apartment, but there is a high table with some stools by the kitchen where you could have your meals.
