As you enter the spacious living area you`ll notice lots of art works on the walls as well a mix of vintage, classic and modern furniture along wooden parquet flooring. Two large rooms are facing towards a quiet courtyard for a peaceful sleep. One master. bedroom and one, that can be used as a guest-, child- or office-room which includes a single bed, a huge desk and a nice collection of books. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction stove, oven, fridge/freezer combination, dish washer, microwave, juicer and coffee maker. The bathroom with tub is separate from the WC. An extra storage room is also available next to the dining area.
The apartment is located in the lively area of Friedrichshain, close to the subway station Frankfurter Tor. Besides that – Friedrichshain is called the new creative center of town – close to Kreuzberg, Neukoelln and Mitte. East Side Gallery, diverse Clubs, restaurants and galleries are within walking distance. Public transport U5-bahn subway are Frankfurter Tor and Samariterstr. You can take a walk to Boxhagener Platz and Simon-Dach-Str. which is famous for the flea market and food stalls on the weekends. There are also several tram stations nearby.
