A beautiful, renovated, fully furnished/equipped 1-room apartment for everyone who appreciates modern design and good living, feels comfortable in the countryside and doesn't want to have the hustle and bustle of the city right on their doorstep, but still wants to live in the middle of it! Particularly suitable for business people who are staying in Berlin for a certain period of time and only want to arrive with one suitcase. The apartment is on the ground floor of a Grunewald villa dating from the beginning of the 20th century, with large windows and a ceiling height of 3.50 m. The apartment is on Caspar-Theyss-Str, a side street in the upscale Grunewald and is therefore very cozy and quiet. Facilities The apartment was renovated a few years ago with very high standards for personal use. The features include: very effective layout, new electrics, parquet, spotlights, bathroom and kitchen, a modern kitchen with burgundy-red high-gloss fronts, ceramic hob, dishwasher (Bosch), washing machine (Bosch), high-quality electrical appliances (Siemens), a spacious, very attractive bathroom with a generous shower and high-quality fittings and objects. The new, double-glazed windows are fitted with external roller shutters. The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped with everything you need in everyday life: bedding and linen, towels, Nespresso machine, WiFi, TV, dishes, cutlery, pots/pans, other kitchen utensils, ironing board, iron, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, broom, etc. The bed is 160x200 cm. The property on which the apartment is located is very spacious and green. ​ Free public parking spaces can be found directly on the street in front of the door. Finding a parking space is therefore very easy here.
