This charming 54 m², 1-bedroom apartment for rent. The apartment has wood flooring throughout with dark flooring in the living room and bedroom. The living room opens up onto a terrace ideal for sitting out on a sunny day, and there is a sofa-bed in case you want to have guests. The bedroom is spacious with a comfy double bed and a large standalone wardrobe. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there is a sunny bathroom with a bathtub. Plus, you can let someone in the building from your own apartment (but there is no inter-phone system, so you won't see them or be able to talk to them before opening the door).
On Charlottenstraße, the apartment is in a lovely residential area. There is a supermarket located just around the corner and there are also many cafes, restaurants and bars nearby.
