This nice apartment is located in a new building from 2015 on the 4th floor with elevator. The apartment has a loft style with one bedroom and one large living room with iconic views to the wall memorial.
There is a nice high-quality fitted kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils and electrical kitchen appliances. The apartment is located right in the border between Prenzlauer Berg / mitte. The iconic Brunnenstr offers lots of coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries and all types of boutiques.
The floor heating, the modern design of the bathroom and the finishing details of the apartment gives a nice atmosphere. Internet is included.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
