Overview This attractive flat, in a core renovated property from the 1960s with lift. There is a concierge service, fitness studio and an Italian restaurant in the building. The flat has a nice bedroom and a large kitchen-living room. The balcony invites you to relax and soak up the sun.
Why Choose this apartment? The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the subway and offers good connections to all of Berlin. Due to the central west location, most popular places of Berlin can be easily reached by bike or e-scooter.
How many rooms does the apartment have? The apartment has 1 bedroom and a large kitchen-living room.
Does it have parking space? No private parking is available, but parking is possible on the street. A resident parking permit can also be applied for.
How is the commute from here to other locations? Right in the centre of West Berlin. In the Berlin district of Wilmersdorf, not far from Kurfürstendamm. with its numerous exquisite shops, fine restaurants and sights, the ideal location for working, living and relaxing.
5 min to the U-Bhf. both U7 Konstanzer Str. and Adenauerplatz.
1) The start date of the contract can be the 1st or the 16th of each month. The end date of the contract can be the 15th or the end of the month.
2) Our contract charges are biweekly. This means that if your move in date is from the 1st to the 15th of the month, full rent will be charged and if your move in date is from the 16th to the end of the month, half the rent will be charged.
3) Once the booking is confirmed and all documents are received, we will send you a rental contract via email and You need to sign it & send it back to me within 48hours.
4) Registration possible and the necessary document will be provided post the move-in
5) The check in can only take place Monday to Friday 9 am until 6 pm. Check in on the weekends or national holidays would be possible upon request for a small fee of 100€
6) Liability insurance is required for your stay and that needs to be submitted to us within 15 days from your move in date.. We recommend you to search for one yourself with a keyword “Haftpflichtversicherung“
7) Final cleaning fee: 270 €

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
