The KfW-55 Energy Efficiency House focuses on sustainable resources and maximum energy efficiency. It impresses with its diverse residential units, floor plan variations and high-quality brand fittings.
It has a very spacious open kitchen area with a brand-new kitchen. This room has direct access to the balcony. The apartment also has one separate bedroom, a small hallway and a bathroom containing both bathtub and shower. Equipment are classy and appealing.
An open high-quality fitted kitchen with electrical appliances is available. (oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher) The flooring in the whole building is equipped with parquet flooring and underfloor heating.

How big is the apartment? In family-friendly Pankow, this beautiful 2-room new-build apartment with elevator is available . The balcony looks out onto the quiet courtyard and garden side, where there is a private playground.
How is the commute from here to other locations? The following
1) The start date of the contract can be the 1st or the 16th of each month. The end date of the contract can be the 15th or the end of the month.
2) Our contract charges are biweekly. This means that if your move in date is from the 1st to the 15th of the month, full rent will be charged and if your move in date is from the 16th to the end of the month, half the rent will be charged.
3) Once the booking is confirmed and all documents are received, we will send you a rental contract via email and You need to sign it & send it back to me within 48hours.
4) Registration possible and the necessary document will be provided post the move-in
5) The check in can only take place Monday to Friday 9 am until 6 pm. Check in on the weekends or national holidays would be possible upon request for a small fee of 100€
6) Liability insurance is required for your stay and that needs to be submitted to us within 15 days from your move in date.. We recommend you to search for one yourself with a keyword “Haftpflichtversicherung“
7) Other costs: GEZ-Gebühr (TV license) 17,50€
8) Final cleaning fee: 270 €

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
