The apartment is equipped with a floor heating system. The house has an elevator. Attractive very central location in well known Prenzlauer Berg with lost of restaurants and bars. Supermarkets (one regular, one organic) for daily needs such as groceries are within 10 Minutes walking distance. As well very close to Mitte. Tramway in front of the door with direct line to central train station and bus to Airport Tegel.
