What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The apartment is very airy and generous. Itwas renovated from ground up, including windows, floors, bath rooms and heating in January 2023. It has beautiful wooden floors (parquet floor and restaurated floorboards) ornamented ceilings.
The kitchen is brand new and all the electrial appliances are new and of high quality.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them are kids' rooms, so the apartment makes most sense for a family with two or three kids, if two kids can share a room. One has a large plateau bed and its own balcony.
The apartment is rented furnished, since we will be gone for one year.
This apartment is located in a quiet street Friedenau, 8 Minutes walking distance to the next S-Bahn station and 10 minutes to the next underground station. While the direct neighbourhood is green and quiet, there are plenty of cafés and restaurants within walking distance and the popular shopping street Schloßstraße is just a 10 minute walk away.
