The apartment has white walls and wooden floors to make feel comfortable around a this clean and spacious space. It is equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a washing machine, and would make a convenient and comfortable home for anyone relocating to Pankow. This property is located in the Prenzlauer Berg area of Berlin. The area is a diverse and eclectic area, a hub of art and culture with a vibrant nightlife but also lots of parks and even the Weißensee bathing beach, ideal for hot summer days. The beautiful 19th-century architecture alongside the buzzing Café scene makes this a charming and welcoming place to live.

If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
