Hello! I'm offering a bright, 18m² room in my 2-bedroom apartment (living room, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, sunny balcony) for subletting. The area is very central—only 5 minutes to two subway stations and two S-Bahn stations.
As an artist, I'm often available, while you can have the apartment to yourself for several days (or a week). Perfect if you have your own rhythm but are up for dinner or conversations when it's convenient. Open to everyone!
