We think this is terrific for students. There are a few nearby private universities and the area buzzes with people your age. Catch a film up the street or meet friends in nearby bars.

This is a 4th floor apartment with 4 bedrooms on Kottbusser Damm-30 in Berlin. It’s a simple and practical set-up with a kitchen, one bathroom, and a washing machine.
It’s ideal for students. Walk to SAE Institute Berlin within a half hour. Check out films at the three-screen cinema nearby. Meet friends at nearby bars. Slip into Hasenheide Park to get away.
