There is a bathroom with a magnificent bathtub, and a compact kitchen with a washing machine, oven and fridge. There are wood floors throughout, and all of the furnishings and appliances are brand new.
The property is located in Mariendorf in the district of Tempelhof-Schöneberg. The surrounding area has plenty of shops and things to do. You are just a 7-minute walk from the Tempelhofer Hafen, a popular canalside complex with lots of bars and a shopping centre.
What we liked the most

- The bathroom is very stylish with trendy tiles and a unique bathtub.
