What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
This apartment is modern and attractively furnished with great comfort. It includes: a comfortable double bed with duvets/pillows/covers, a large wall unit with TV chest of drawers and TV, dining table with chairs, comfortable lounge chairs, chest of drawers. Hallway with shoe cupboard. Bathroom with tub and glass shower wall, towels and hair dryer. Open kitchen with dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge/freezer, dishes and other cooking utensils. Cleaning equipment, ironing board, iron, clothes rack, etc. Our house is in Hippen Prenzlauer Berg opposite the Kulturbrauerei, but still very quiet.
Rent includes GEZ, WIFI, cleaning, etc.

Perfectly equipped: Double bed, wall units, dining table/chairs, cosy sitting area, hallway with shoe cupboard, open kitchen with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, crockery, all cooking utensils. Bathroom with bathtub and glass shower screen, shelves, hairdryer, towels, duvets, cleaning products/utensils, etc.
Flat rate includes WiFi (up to 250 MBit/s), cleaning once a month, GEZ, caretaker service, personal support.
