This lovely apartment is located in Schöneberg, not far from S-Julius-Leber-brücke - very central, lovely street (nice Cafes & Restaurants). The flat is on the ground floor of an inner court building, which means it is very quiet, and yet gets enough sunlight. The price of the flat includes ALL costs (rent, electricity, heating, WiFi).
