We bet you will. This uber-contemporary apartment is part of a fully renovated building built in 1910. It's close to all the local bars, shops, and restaurants, and has that classic Berlin ambiance.

The studio is small but has oodles of storage space. Our favourite feature? The small balcony overlooking the tranquil inner courtyard. A very elegant place to sip your morning coffee.

We think this place is perfect for a young professional who wants a modern pad, who appreciates having a sofa bed for when friends stay over, and who wants to live between Helmholtzplatz and Kollwitzplatz - a very desirable location.

This is a small but perfectly formed 4th-floor studio apartment on Raumerstraße, Berlin. It is somewhat small, but on the other hand it has lots of great space-saving features (walk-in closet, lift-up bed, balcony) to make your stay comfortable.

It is perfect for the young professional who wants a modern pad, wants to be near all the local amenities, and wants to be just a few minutes' walk from the tram stations, S-Bahn and subway stations.
