A beautifully furnished studio flat is available to rent in Prenzlauer Berg, the most animated district in Berlin with its people coming from around the globe. The bright and spacious living area has quality hardwood flooring and up-to-date decor, and has a double bed. There is also a very contemporary kitchen area and a modern bathroom.
You will be living in a very well connected area which is surrounded by green parks in two directions. The surrounding streets are full of supermarkets, restaurants and even a bowling alley and a large sports centre with a swimming pool.
What we liked the most
- We love the stylish, high-quality furnishings.
- The studio is quite spacious and the kitchen is separated from the rest of the space.
- The colour scheme and decor make it look like a very calming space.
- The neighbourhood has everything you need, from supermarkets to a sports centre, and is well connected by S-Bahn.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is one of a set. That means there are some other almost identical units in the building. So, what you see above may be a tiny, tiny bit different to what you actually rent.
- There are communal laundry facilities in the basement, which you have to pay for.
