Freshly renovated studio apartment in the heart of Schöneberg. Beautifully renovated historic building in a quiet side street. The area offers many cafes, restaurants and small shops. Supermarkets and other local amenities are close by. This apartment is bright, quiet and beautifully decorated in a natural design. Complemented by a private balcony overlooking the courtyard, it offers all the comforts of home.
Public transport connections are excellent. The S-Bahn station Julius-Leber-Brücke and the underground stations Kleistpark and Eisenacher Straße are in the immediate vicinity.
