Meraviglioso immobile sito in un palazzo nobiliare, appartenuto al Conte Mattei, a pochi passi da Piazza Maggiore. Le pareti sono spesse più di un metro e consentono di mantenere freschi gli ambienti anche d'estate; il riscaldamento è centralizzato e regolabile su ogni calorifero. La zona living ha due divani, un pouf (trasformabile in letto singolo) e una Smart TV. Il tavolo da pranzo è sovrastato da un lampadario di vetro di Murano. La cucina è perfettamente attrezzata. Entrambe le camere hanno un armadio e un letto matrimoniale. La stanza degli ospiti ha inoltre un letto singolo. Ci sono due bagni, lavatrice e asciugatrice.
