Ciao! L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente: tutto è nuovo, dal pavimento agli impianti, dalla cucina ai bagni, fino agli infissi e agli elettrodomestici. Si trova al terzo piano e ha tre camere molto spaziose e luminose: una con bagno privato, mentre le altre due condividono un bagno comodo e moderno. C’è anche un balcone molto grande! Siamo in zona Meloncello, un quartiere verde, tranquillo e residenziale, vicino al centro e ben servito da mezzi, supermercati, negozi e farmacie. Il condominio ha un grande giardino condominiale e un comodo parcheggio privato. Un posto accogliente, perfetto per sentirsi subito a casa!
