Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.

  • Contract: Fortnightly:Starts 1st or 15/16th of the months
  • Pets are NOT allowed

  • Deposit: 2 Months of rent + 2 x Flat Fee + 2 x utility bills
    • Paying the deposit by bank transfer? You must pay the deposit into the landlord's account at least 24 hours before your check-in date.
    • Paying the deposit by cash? Then you will pay the deposit to the landlord on your check-in date.
  • Payment method: Bank transfer
  • Lives on property: no
  • Properties that include a washing machine work with coins.
  • Salary or guarantor has to be 3 times the price of the flat + utility bills + flat fee
  • Check-in/out:
    • Check-out dates: your booking must end on the 14th, 15th, 30th or 31st of the month
    • Check-in & out will take place between 10 AM and 4 PM
    • The landlord will communicate the Check-in meeting time based on availability after the deposit has been paid and the contract has been signed.
  • Additional fees:
    • In addition to the rental deposit, this account requires a deposit equal to 2 months of the utility package and two months of a flat fee. This amount will be returned at the end of your tenancy, with any usage that exceeds the utility package allowance deducted.
      • Remember: at check-in, you will also need to pay your first month's utilities package
    • Legal entry and exit state fee: €75 at check-in and check-out (€150 during holidays and Sundays)

    • The bed-linen package includes everything you need to sleep:

(formerly RoomMate) invitation within 5 days after your booking confirmation or within 3 hours in case you made a last-minute booking and you have to enter the same day.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
