The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove (gas), fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishwasher and more. The apartment has both heating and air conditioning and is well isolated with double glazing. High speed (350 mbps) internet, internet TV, TV, stereo and home cinema system. Laundry facilitie is available in the apartment.

There is a discount for lthe ease of min. 1 year. More than 1 person: +50 euros/months excluding utilities. The amounts of the charges are provisions on your personal consumption. every 6 months a count is made on the basis of meters which are individual to each apartment. Beware : we do not allow "first residence" ou "residence principale". To avoid any ambiguity, please understand that you can only stay as a 2nd residence registration. You are allowed to register ad this address for professional purposes, or as student. Keys are not handed over as long as the security deposit is not on our account, together with the first months charges.

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.
