Idéale pour jeune professionnel ou étudiant ou. stagiaire qui souhaitent loger dans un endroit calme, lumineux, proche des facilités. L'appartement est confortable et on s'y sens bien. Vous aurez une grande chambre à coucher et un petit bureau, bon wifi illimité, une cuisine équipé avec table à manger, toilette et salle de bain séparée (avec baignoire). Il y a un petit balcon coté cuisine et la cuisine est super équipée avec: - lave-vaisselle - un grand frigo avec congélateur - four - coin repas avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine Il y a également les produits de nettoyage. Les tax et l' assurance sont inclus. Ce qui n'est pas inclus ce sont : - les sacs de poubelle de la ville de Bruxelles (obligatoire) - papiers toilette - shampooing, gel douche - thé , café, huile et autres aliments. - il n’y a pas de femme de ménage durant votre séjour, ni de machine à laver (lave-linge) Domiciliation : non
