What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

We look forward to welcoming you in our typical Brussels' house. Flat renovated with natural materials (clay on the walls). The house has also just been fully insulated from the outside. We are in a great part of Schaerbeek. Walking distance to the amazing Parc Josaphat. Direct bus to Schuman (EU quarter) and direct tram to NATO, and the VUB & ULB universities. We live on the ground and first floor, and the flat is located on the second floor. We have kids so calm is required at night. Ideal location for a single person. Update: a washing machine has been installed in the bathroom. Single occupancy only.
