What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Appartement très bien situé, au premier étage. Très calme. L'entrée donne sur la pièce principale, une pièce de vie avec un canapé convertible deux pers. Les autres pièces sont en enfilade: WC, coin douche, coin cuisine et enfin une petite chambre. Le plafond est assez bas dans ces pièces (cent quatre vingt cm). Le logement n'est pas moderne, mais convient parfaitement pour un séjour de quelques semaines pour une personne ou un couple. Il n'y a pas de SDB, mais un coin douche avec évier. Quartier très agréable et vivant, proche de l'Avenue Louise (quartier Chatelain). Beaucoup de petits commerces, bars sympas, restos à proximité!
