Nice and calm fully furnished one-bedroom apartment, about fifty square meters, in a Brussels townhouse (first floor garden side, no elevator) at Rue De Pascale. Only a hundred meters from the European Parliament, near the Maelbeek and Schuman metro stations. Less than five minutes' walk to supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants.
In good condition, kitchen with fridge (with freezer compartment), hot plates, oven, and microwave. Shower room and a separate toilet, with tile floors. Parquet flooring elsewhere, nice furniture. Washing machine and tumble dryer available for use in the basement of the building.
