Charming bedroom is available to rent in a colorful, shared house with a garden situated in Brussels's Uccle area. These rooms have recently been completely renovated, and are situated in a shared home complete with a peaceful garden. The property is to be shared with the live-in landlords, who also rents out a studio in the same house. The 3-floor house has an equipped kitchen in the basement to share only with the roommates and the bathroom which is to be shared with the live-in landlords and the housemates. The bedroom has also a private terrace.

Welcome to Uccle, a calm, tranquil, residential neighborhood that is located to the south of Brussels's city centre. The local area has plenty of greenery, including Parc de Wolvendael which is 11 minutes away. The property is close to several shops, bars, cafés, and restaurants that cater to all tastes and budgets. The property is well connected - trams and buses are both readily available. The international station Brussels-Midi, is located 20 minutes away by tram or 10 minutes away by taxi.

For the bathroom, the hours of use will be agreed upon your arrival.

For your information, the Landlords have a lovely cat.

At nice season, the garden and the terrace will be available according to the agreement.

What we liked the most

  • The interior of the house is colourful, it has plenty of character.
  • The St Gilles area can be reached in 5 minutes by tram. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes.
  • The Internation Train Station "Gare du Midi" is 20 minutes away by tram.

Things to keep in mind

  • The washing machine is for the landlady's use only. There is a launderette just 5 minutes away which has everything you need to wash your clothes.
  • Domiciliation is not possible in this property.
