• Children and pets are not allowed
• No couples

• ID / Passport (if coming from outside European Union -> residence permit and passport from home country)

If you are a Student, please share:

• 3 latest recent payslips or tax notice from guarantor;

• Smart Garant (5 min to get your certificate online).

For Belgium

• If your Booking Request is in Belgium, an International guarantor is valid.

If you are not a student:

• You must earn more than 2,5 time the rent
• 3 latest recent payslips or tax notice
• Internet, electricity, gas bill less than 3 months old
• Employment contract
• No need of Guarantor
