This studio apartment available to rent in Ixelles is not your typical apartment. With an area of 30 m² the studio has a en-suite bedroom area and a kitchen and living room that open up onto a large terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room comes with a dining table, leather couch, and small coffee table. Both the bathroom and toilet room are clean and elegant with marble tiles.

Ixelles is known for being one of the city's most diverse neighbourhoods, which is reflected in your dining choices. Right around the corner you can find Japanese, French and Turkish restaurants. Nearby there are also small shops, banks, and grocery stores. Located near the European Quarter, it is a great choice for professionals. Just a bit further on Chaussé d'Ixelles, you also find a shopping hub with big name brands such as Footlocker, Bershka, and H&M.

What we liked the most

  • We love the huge terrace – rare for a studio!
  • The bedrooms has a big built-in wardrobe.
  • Stay warm during winter with central heating.
  • You have plenty to do within walking distance, but also have great metro and bus connections.
