With a floor area of 40 sqm, this cozy flat is very well-designed, and offers a varied range of amenities including central heating, a washing machine, TV, a full kitchen and a bathroom with a bath tub. There is also a small balcony with beautiful street views, and tenants will enjoy the added convenience of having all utilities included in the rent.

What we liked the most
