The 70 sqm flat located in the heart of Budapest, in the district 8. As the apartment is close to József körút and few minutes´ walk from Rákóczi tér and Harminckettesek tere, it’s surrounded by public transport (tram 4-6, metro line 4, bus 9, trolley 83). The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a classical-built house. The building has no elevator. The apartment is very quiet facing one room to the inner yard and the other one to the street. It’s composed of 2 bedrooms, with a bathroom, a kitchen, and a big living room with dining area. The flat is equipped; washing machine, Wi-Fi, big fridge, oven, microwave,…etc. The apartment is ideal for students or a family. Rental contract for 12 months or longer. Rental price: 800 €/month all cost included / 320 000 HUF Note: we charge an agency fee of 300 € / 120 000 HUF(once when signing the contract).
