What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

The apartment is located in the PEST side, in the historical center of Budapest on the **Kiraly Utca**, nearby the pedestrian island "Vaci Utca" and **Deak Ferenc Tér**, the underground intersection of the three lines (red, yellow and blue). The apartment is also close to the most important Hotel and distance only 100 meter from Gozsdu-udvar, with many pubs. The apartment is on the sixth floor of a modern building with elevator. The apartment is completely renewed and furnished with Ikea style. There is 1 bedroom (one king size bed sofa and two single beds that can be transformed in king size if necessary), 1 bathroom in "art style" with bathtub and a wonderful open space american kitchen with all the necessary to cook: microwave oven, electric stove, crockery and utensils. The apartment is very very quiet and composed by a kitchen with innovative design just on the right of the entry, a living room of 23 sqm with a king size sofa bed and a closet, a bathroom in art style with bathtube with shower, and a bedroom of about 15 sqm with one wardrobe, two single beds can be transformed in a king size bed. The apartment has an air conditioning system. There are also a Tv with international channel + very fast Wi-Fi included in the price. The apartment is perfect for one or maximum a couple of students.
