What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The apartment has four rooms, one shared bathroom with tub and toilet for rooms number three and four. Rooms number one and two have private bathrooms with shower and toilet. The extra costs are on average from seventy five to hundred euros/month/room with cleaning service twice a month, internet, common costs and utilities. We provide sheets and towels. IMPORTANT: Room four has the entrance through the shared bathroom.
We rent for six or twelve months fixed (August-January, February-July). The security deposit is two months rental fee. One room is maximum for one person, we don't rent to couples. The flatmates will be students.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
