What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The apartment has five rooms, one bathroom with tub, one bathroom with shower and toilet plus one separated toilet. The extra costs are on average from seventy to hundred euros/month/room with cleaning service twice a month, internet, common costs and utilities (bills are always according to your consumption). We provide sheets and towels.
We rent for a fix of six or twelve months period (August-January, February-July). The security deposit is two months rental fee. One room is maximum for one person, we don't rent to couples. The flatmates will be students.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
